While a lot of my family is located here, they have some problems.
Maintenance is weak...the flower vases in two of my family members have been missing for 4 years and they want us to replace them...grass growing all over their plaques.
My dad pasted away 2012 so I decided the same for my mom June 2015. Beautiful at Lincoln Cemetery ,not to far from me. May my parents continue to rest in heavenly peace, Miss you both so much.
Completely unprofessional and liars. My husband and I waited two hours in a run down converted trailer that was at least 100 degrees. Then we were quoted three different prices from $6,000-$10,000+ and that was WITHOUT the grave marker. Once we spoke with the funeral director and told her how much we were being quoted she damn near laughed out loud. She said she has never heard of anyone paying more that $4,200 there. The woman was condescending, misleading and took advantage of the fact that we wanted to bury my mother in law there since her mother was buried there. This woman took advantage of my husband's grief and tried to capitalize on our need. If you truly care about your loved one, go elsewhere to ensure that they will be in good hands!!
Staff insensitive to loss, but very sensitive to roping you into buying more. Many of my family members laid to rest here, and thats the draw for us, to all be together, and we have a long and rich history. However, there is always time for a break from tradition. This cemetery makes money hand over fists and the staff works out of a shack that looks like an outhouse - and I do NOT exaggerate. I was shocked that one employees came to work for 35 years, in this same run down trailer-shack. I guess the management feels like if the employees don't mind, we can just leave it this way, but its a sin and a shame for anyone to work under those rundown conditions, especially when several people die everyday and each one of them is on average $5000.00 profit to this company. Shame on them for doing the employees so bad and shame on the employees for accepting it. I could't be so angry at the nasty attitude of Ms. Whats-her-face, when she has been working under plantation-like conditions for 35 years. And I don't care what her salary is, people deserve better.
My husband was buried Oct.7,2017. I went to visit could not find him . I am so sad.
Sales - the certificate they give you will be challenged when presented to cover the balance of the account. Be careful and read the miss payments statement (even if you are in the hospital), they will try to use any missed payments against you, then when they find out it's their accounting system not tracking payment they turn to asking us for a doctor statement. A Dr statement on the condition of a person from 2014. The management is crazy, so we contact the regional manager ...we explaining the issues and during the conversation he goes off raising his voice and then hanging up.
