PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!! From the front desk staff down to the dentist, just unorganized! Smuggling money, quoted wrong appointment time (on the regular). The dentist never explains what's going on, and what she is getting ready to perform in your mouth, (Dr.neka) no warning or nothing to make the patient feel at ease or comfortable. Also every time you go, there will be a new dentist working on your mouth.
Horrible service; schedule an appointment at 10am. Took the whole day off so I could do that in the morning and take my son to the doctors by 130 in Silver Spring. Show up and they like u early. They chafed my appointment to 12 without my notice. So unprofessional and I'm truely pissed bc I took a whole day off and bc of them I lost money. I see why they got bad reviews
