Awful post office. Takes forever, people are rude. This post office won't even deliver packages. Why would they accept a package if they know they won't deliver it?! That's the whole point of accepting a package. Now I have to figure out how to pick up a package that won't fit in my car? This post office is severely lacking in any kind of professionalism. Go elsewhere if at all possible!
I tried to apply for a passport there and was told I couldn't with my form of identification. I spoke with the state department and my identification was fine, but they wouldn't listen. The person I spoke to was extremely rude with a nasty attitude. Very poor customer service.
This is one of the most unprofessional organizations that I have ever dealt with. The workers have absolutely no customer service skills, they're rude and always have an iritated disposition towards customers. Dont even waste your time calling the office because they will place you on hold and never return to the call. They're constantly mis delivering packages and blames it on someone stealing it because they are too lazy to deliver it to your door as they are PAID to do. Overall, I cant stand dealing with them at all. This post office is the worst.
These clowns apparently can't read plain printed English. i have had numerous packages stolen and delivered to the wrong address. the reason i say they can't read plain printed English is they keep delivering my packages to an address on branch ave. it's ridiculous either i have to worry about my packages being stolen by the postal workers or i have to hope the person they deliver my packages to is an honest person.
They have new staff here since the old staff retired. The lines can still be long but one girl I believe her name is K, like the letter she is awesome always so sweet. I hope they keep her!
